Today, you will get in groups and decide what project you want to work on. You must submit a google doc with your proposed project and the names of the people in your group. Everyone must participate in the project, this could be script writing, performing or recording and editing. Day One - Email me the names of people in your ghroup and the proposal on what you are going to do. Be specific! Don't just write that you will be doing a parody. I need to know what the song you will be working on and what you will be doing in the video. Day Two and Three we will be writing the scripts. Day Four and Five we will be recording Day six through eight will be editing Day Nine will be the viewing party Today we will be designing art in Photoshop that we will use in Premiere. You will be sizing the image to a standard 1080p television set 1. Open Photoshop. 2. Click File > New 3. Change width to 1920 Pixels 4. Change height to 1080 Pixels 5. Resolution to 300 Pixels/Inch 6. Create a new layer 7. Delete the original background layer by double clicking it and clicking okay. 8. Put in some text 9. Put in a design and add color. 10. Put in a shape and add color 11. Save it as a PNG File (so it keeps the transparent background to your desktop or folder of your choice. REMEMBER WHERE YOU SAVED IT!!! Importing your graphic to Premiere! 1. Open Premiere 2. Click New Project 3. Give Project a Title 4. Click File > Import 5. Choose the PNG file you created in Photoshop 6. Choose your project file 7. Drag and drop your image into the Timeline to create a sequence 8. Find another image online and import it into Premiere. 9. Place it behind your original PNG Image by moving layers 10. Take a snip and email it to me via Office 365 or share it on a Google Doc/Slide Today you will start working on your first 3D Project in Sketchup.

Now that you have created a channel and thought about the content you would create, it is time to create a video. Get into a group and start planning what you are going to do. For this project, you will be scored by the following: 1. Storyboard - 10 points At least three slides 2. Script - 10 points At least half a page 3. Video editing - 10 points Introduction and title 4. Finished video - 10 points Saved to MP4, uploaded to your google drive and link sent to me [email protected] Total of 40 Points Directions 1. Use www.storyboardthat.com to create your storyboard 2. Once you have created the storyboard, use the snipping tool and paste the storyboard into a google doc 3. Write your script in the google doc 4. Share the doc with me 5. Record Video 6. Edit Video 7. Upload video to your google drive and send me link. |
